I have an HG633

Hardware version: H.1.01
Software version: v1.15t

Where can I get the latest firmware?

This should automatically update to V2.00, you cannot do it yourself. Try a factory default of the router & if it does not update overnight, then I will ask TalkTalk to push it to your HG633 when they are back on Monday.

Hi drifto,

The router has been ordered and should be with you within a couple of working days. I can't communicate with your router at the moment to update the firmware so could you switch it off and leave it off for at least 30 minutes, then switch back on and let us know when you've done this

Im not sure.

Ive factory reset router again could you check to see if you can communicate with the router now

I can now connect to the router but the firmware update keeps failing. I can see that my colleague Chris has sent you a replacement router.
