Is it possible to change the person in the contract without having to terminate the contract? My contract runs until August but I'm thinking about moving out, but there will be another tenant at this address who would like to take over the contract

Yes, you'll need to both complete a Change of Ownership form and return the form(s) to TalkTalk. Here's the details - Change of Ownership.

To change the owner of your account, both the current account holder and the new account holder will need to complete a Change of Ownership form - this can be requested in My Account. Please get in touch below if you have any issues doing this online.

The new account holder must be 18 or older and only the new account holder needs to complete a Direct Debit mandate with their bank details.
