Internet doesn't work

I joined talktalk 2months ago and the internet has been on and off for no reason though it said working properly on my laptop screen but when you go to any browser it says connection is not secure. so I thought it was just my laptop but even my phone had no internet. I tried (restarting my laptop, broadband, diagnostics and everything) but nothing worked but to wait until next day.

this is not what I am expecting from talk talk it truly affects my job because of this please fix this issue.
