Blocked own IP Address

I installed fail2ban on my server and accidentally got my own ip address blocked, is there anyway with these new routers to request a new IP address? And before you say it I don't have a VPN and I don't want a VPN.

Hi jimmypop1,

If you're on an FTTC circuit just try switching the router off for 30 minutes, that should do it
