Unable to access online chat in my account

I am trying to contact Talktalk through my account chat option. It just is giving me a turning circle all the time, so no idea if I am in a queue or if there is a problem with using chat today? Any ideas please? I really don't want to have to ring them!

Check you have no pop up blockers active on the page as they can stop the chat window from opening.
