Tried to goto URL given, 'talktalk.co.uk/tech' to continue with my low speed internet problem,

but this given address doesn't exist.

How do I resolve this low speed problem, I've stayed on the 'Track my fault' page, and refreshed it but it has not been updated.

What is the telephone number to use to contact you for this problem?
