I am on Council Tax and Housing Tax Benefit. Do I qualify for a Social Tarriff account?

We don't have a social tariff accounts, if you are having problems paying please contact us on 03451720088 and ask to speak to the payment support team.

You may well qualify with another ISP. TalkTalk does not currently offer a social tariff as such. Have you asked the TalkTalk Billing team via any of the usual contact methods about deferring a payment if there's a temporary funds shortfall?
