I have the Standard Huawei DG8041W Router in my spare bedroom and basically very poor WiFi signal downstairs, A couple of years ago I bought the TalkTalk Powerline adaptors but they are very hit and miss. Somedays OK and somedays very poor.

I have been looking at third party Powerline adaptors and in particular Mesh adaptors like the Devolo Magic 2 adaptors and wondered if anybody had any experience of using Mesh adaptors with the Huawei hub?

What does everyone use and how good are they?

Thanks in advance.

The best solution is a mesh, providing that you replace the DG8041W with a compatible modem. However, most mesh systems as low the user little control over them, some are even totally locked down to particular channels, so be very careful.

You could just try a 3rd party power line/WiFi extender kit, but not having one I can't recommend one.
