Hi, I think my contract ends in Aug 2024. How much will my cancellation costs be? I also want to cancel my landlines

You can work it out from this, @Fizzygal:

You won't know the precise figure until you actually tell them that you are cancelling.

The process needs to be done by phoning 03451 720088.

Chat isn't authorised to process it so you end up waiting for calls.

Your line should be a part of the same contract, not itemised separately, but if you have Full Fibre with copper left behind for the phone, make sure you mention it.
