I am wondering where I go to request a replacement router as mine has been having issues, I have had the same router since I became a customer 4 years ago.

I lost WiFi connection a week ago and have been running live tests and troubleshooting daily but just have a constant flashing amber light on the router.

I spoke to an agent who also ran the tests, told me they couldn't see any problems on the line but I have wiring issues or issues with the router but no one is sending a new router out. I have been having these issues for a year and have asked for a new router instead they say an engineer will come but they don’t. I’m really annoyed with this. We just renewed and still have the same router with the issues.

it definitely seems there’s an issue with the router and wires.

They did one today. The fault is with my router/wires. They booked an engineer but they never turn up. I should not have renewed.

Hi Allan23

I'm sorry to hear this.

The line test is detecting a potential fault towards the property so I've ordered a replacement router for testing so we can rule this out first.

Please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive. Let us know how you get on.

Thanks

Debbie
