How to notify all the agencies etc….that our email address is changing to Talk Talk

We are having Talk Talk installed tomorrow and we are told that this will start on this Friday 12th April. We currently have a BT email address, how do we notify all of the businesses etc that we have a new email address?

When you leave BT you can retain the use of your BT Internet email address. There are two options. To pay BT for premium email that means you can use the address via any email software or keep the email address free by using just the BT Internet webmail login.

To the best of my knowledge you will not be able to create a TalkTalk email address. TalkTalk Mail has not been offered to new customers for some time and is available only to existing customers that created their email addresses prior to July 2023.
