      <title>Unable to connect Yale home alarm to eero</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are trying to connect our Yale home alarm hub to eero but it will not connect. Tried turning internet off and back on but nothing seems to work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Do you know if the Yale alarm uses the 2.4Ghz Band or 5Ghz band.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The first thing to do with an Eero is check that legacy mode is enabled.&amp;nbsp;To enable legacy mode, in the app, go to:-&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Tap &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; on the bottom right of your screen&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Now select &lt;STRONG&gt;Troubleshooting&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Tap &lt;STRONG&gt;My device won't connect&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then choose &lt;STRONG&gt;My device can't detect Wi-Fi 6&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Toggle &lt;STRONG&gt;Legacy Mode&lt;/STRONG&gt; on&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How is the alarm supposed to connect to your Eero, by manually detecting the network name &amp;amp; entering the password, WPS or via an app? Do you get any error messages when you try to connect to the alarm.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
