Is talk real or a scam?

I suspect talk talk is not a real service provider? I have constant problems and need to keep rebooting my modem to get signal. Often I struggle for hours and the help desk says it’s all fine. Am I the only one with this problem? I suspect it’s a deliberately malicious scam.

Of course TalkTalk is a real ISP, it is just that you have some sort of problem that needs fixing.

However, I will need more information, to that end, please can you elaborate by answering these few questions:-

1. What make/model of router do you have (if this is a TalkTalk router, these details will be on a label on the rear or underside of it)?
2. What package are you on?
3. What is the exact status of the lights on the front of the router when this happens?
4. If you have any wired connections, are they affected in the same way as wireless ones?
