can't connect to internet

having trouble connecting to internet last 3 days when first turn on computer. I have to turn it off and turn it on again and it eventually works also cant get on ebay keeps saying I don't have permision.

Please can you elaborate?

What make\model of router do you have?
What are you turning off the router or PC?
How do you connect to the router, via a wired (Ethernet) or wireless connection?
When you try to connect, do you get any error messages & if so, what exactly do they say?

seems to be working okay now my computer seems to have a mind of it's own and does things on it's own.
