Hi micksta,

Sorry, no, we don't have a more powerful router. Is the router situated close to wireless or electrical devices that could be causing interference?

Chris

Hi Chris, thanks for replying. Inside the house is fine but my office is in my converted garage attached to my house and the router is about 10m away. I had no issues last year but this year the connection has been so up and down and totally unreliable. Even the sonos speaker doesnt connect. If you have any suggestions I would appreciate them. Many thanks

OK thanks. Are you able to move the router to a more central location?

Chris
