      <title>Broadband down fault reporting doesn't work</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My broadband has been down since this morning. I have a fault reference of&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;REP-14256505 but no response and it's been hours and not just 5 minutes.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Chat doesn't work. I tried at 11:05 and got no response. I tried a fresh chat at 12:01 and this time got a 'we're busy' message.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;How do I progress my fault to a resolution. (The DSL light is on but not data connection. I've rebooted the modem to no effect)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
