I don’t want to be with talk talk. I haven’t signed up to be with talk talk. I was with shell energy because I didn’t want to be with talk talk. I want to cancel without penalty.

Shell Energy have always used the TalkTalk network to provide your broadband service.

Your contract with Shell Energy was sold to Octopus Energy that in turn sold your contract to TalkTalk. The contract remains in full force and any early termination of a fixed term contract may have early termination fees.

Have you been advised that TalkTalk have taken over the administration of your contract from Octopus Energy? You may still need to contact Octopus Energy to discuss your contract.
