&lt;P&gt;Do you have a security program on the laptop, could be set too high.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>cannot access My account - error message 'request rejected'</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For a few days when I try to login to My account, a blank page appears with the message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your support ID is ..."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This happens when I try to connect to talktalk.co.uk on my laptop, using any browser (Safari, Firefox, Chrome). I cleared the cache and all cookies but the problem is still happening.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems the talktalk website is blocked on my laptop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All other websites are ok.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried connecting through a VPN and the problem still occurs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any idea how to solve this problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Arne-TalkTalk,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I found out that I have to disable the Webshield protection of Avast antivirus in order to access any talktalk website domains, including My Account and Mail. So now I know how to solve the problem but that means I am not protected from malware. I didn't have this problem until a few days ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you know why this may be the case?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is a chance that the software has done a recent update, Usually software has a whitelist that you can add allowed sites to.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
