Return Bag still hasn't been recieved

My contract ended in March/April and I'm still waiting to receive a returns bag for the router. How do I go about getting one of these sent out to me?

@maxhunt, have you actually ceased service with Talktalk?

The contract end date is simply the end of your minimum term. After that it rolls on unless you inform them.

If your service has been fully cancelled, staff can easily send out a returns bag.

Ensure that your community forum profile details are correct for them to identify your account.

Go via your avatar; settings etc.

Hello, yes we have ceased service with TalkTalk and are using Three now

Service was fully cancelled back in late March
