      <title>Slow Download &amp; Upload  Speed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Problem: very slow Downloads &amp;amp; Uploads and Facetime Video Calls have picture break up.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Talk Talk Connection test run several times from three different iPads. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Reports: Speed to Router 39Mbps = Good, Download &amp;amp; Upload typically 13 and 8 Mbps &amp;nbsp;respectively = Poor.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Router unplugged for 20 minutes, then reconnected and retested. Test then shows Download &amp;amp; Upload 34 and 8 Mbps respectively = Good.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;However after a couple of hours the speeds fall back to the Poor level.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The line tests are clear - No faults detected and the line is in sync at just under 40mb.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you experience this issue on wired devices too?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
