Wi-Fi and 4g not working

I’m having problems with my internet and 4G connection on my and my kids phones the problems are worse in the evening and its only happens when Zzoomm are in the area digging up the roads it happened about 18 months ago and now they’re back and it’s happening again - is there anything talktak can do to help

Thank you. I've run a test on the line now which is clear and the connection looks stable. Have you tried factory resetting the router and then re-setting it up again?
