I have an ongoing problem with hardly any or no internet, have spoken previously to a manager who had an engineer come to me, then I was sent a new router and modem which gave me some internet for a few days and now back to the same old issue. My complaint is still registered and another engineer has been out but problem still there. I have emailed and no response. They have made 12 tel appointments and not once attempted to call me. I was supposed to receive some credit, never happened. What an appalling company.

Morning,

I'm really sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which is clear. Can I just confirm, are you connected wired or wireless when this happens please? Do any of the lights change on the router or the Openreach modem? How often is this happening at the moment?

Thanks

Michelle
