Returns bag to send back router after ending contract

Hi, I ended my contract last month as I've moved house. I need returns bag to send back my router etc but haven't received one and wondered if perhaps it was sent to the address I moved from instead of the one I'm now in.

It would automatically have been sent to the address associated with where you had the service, @waymanb.

Staff will be back on here after the weekend. Add your new address details in Private Notes.

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....Personal Information. Private Notes is at the end of that section. SAVE CHANGES.

The account is cancelling on the 13.06 the returns bag will have been sent to the account address. If you add your new address to the private notes in your community profile I can request it to be sent there.
