      <description>&lt;P&gt;Any wider issues should be visible at the Service Status page &lt;A href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Service-Status-Dashboard/bd-p/service" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;. There doesn't seem to be anything reported at present. Have you tried the checks in Visit My Connection also?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
