I spoke several times on the phone with a Talk talk member who cancelled my subscription. He sent me an envelop to send back my modem/router, which I did. Since then, I keep receiving bills to pay and was contacted by a credit agency on your behalf. This is unacceptable! I did everything that was needed to cancel my subscription on time! Please stop sending me bills, I won't pay them and update your files.
