Thank for the PM. Apologies for the confusion, the voice service is making or receiving calls on your home phone.

Morning

Since yesterday my internet has suddenly become intermittent. I’ve turned router off and on several

times but it’s not solved the problem.

Heather

Morning Heather,

I'm sorry to hear this and I will take a look now. I've run a test on the line which hasn't detected a fault, however the connection does look unstable. Is there any noise on the voice service? Does your main socket also have a test socket please?

Thanks

Michelle
