Ingram do handle returns for us, so you can use the provided returns bag.

Ingram Returns?

Hi. I've recently cancelled my service, I have been told that all equipment will have to be returned which is not an issue. I've had no email or communication over this matter and today have received a blue return bag with a return label to "Ingram Returns". Can anyone confirm that this is where to send the router to? Thank you

I placed my old router in the grey envelope and added the label supplied. But my local Post Office refuse to accept it as the label is apparently out of date. I was told that many others doing the same thing have the same problem. I don't want to pay the £50 penalty so please, TalkTalk, could you send me a correct label?
