      <description>&lt;P&gt;I signed up for phone and broadband and it was supposed to be up and running 22st June.&amp;nbsp; Since then there was no phone for 2 weeks. Intermittent broadband. Then phone was eventually connect but from the day the pho e worked no Internet and I can't get hold of anybody on the phone and can't log in to my account online, I'm becoming really frustrated I need help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Where do I go please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear this. The line is currently showing in sync and connected at the moment. Can I just confirm what happens when you try and use the internet? Do you see any error messages? Does this also happen if you connect wired? What lights are currently showing on the router please?&lt;/P&gt;
