Strictly speaking, it does not support modem mode.

However, I do have a workaround, what you need to do is to first reconfigure the Sagemcom to use a different IP network to the one used by your own router. E.g. if your own router uses the 192.168.1.0/24 network, then configure the Sagemcom to use an address on the 192.168.2.0/24 network. Then connect a LAN port on the Sagemcom to the WAN port on your 3rd party router.

Hi I want to use my Fast-5364-3T8 as a modem only. Specifically, i want to use it to convert the analogue signal from the isp to digital. I then want to use an ethernet cable to connect to a more a second router i have ( i want to connect it into router2's WAN port for internet access). I want the second router to handle everything, apart from the fact that it will receive internet access from Fast-5364-3T8.

Is this possible/supported?. How can i make this happen please?
