    <description>&lt;P&gt;Not knowing what router you have, it sounds to me that you need to know the WiFi password for your network. If you log into your (presumably) Shell router you should be able to find this out in its WiFi configuration.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Cannot connect tv to WiFi since talk talk took over from Shell. When search for WiFi tv wants password which we never needed before. Tv still says WiFi is shell,the password doesn’t work. We can’t use iplayer etc. TT live chat useless. Anyone know how to reconnect to tv.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
