    <description>&lt;P&gt;It may not be the router, but when it is that old, it has to be the first step to take.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3838"&gt;@Debbie-TalkTalk&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; router has been running for a week now and everything is just fine and a complete contrast over the old router... I haven't had to reset since. Many thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PS Much better service here than talking to&amp;nbsp; TT engineer department which just kept saying I had nothing wrong and would not send me a new router.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
