I have had to leave talk talk and end my contract how do I receive a bag to return my router and TV box?

If there's no prepaid label and returns bag in the boxes for the equipment, staff can easily send you the required bags, @Deevo.

Make sure that your profile information details are correct, as they will use the information to check your address and identify your account.

Go via your avatar/name; settings; menu....Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.

[Assuming that you have already told Talktalk that you are leaving....otherwise the contract simply rolls on at full price, when out of the minimum term.
