      <description>&lt;P&gt;Help! Unable to access both Cynergy Bank website &amp;amp; Cynergy App since moving from Shell Broadband to Talk Talk. I have turned my Router off for a couple of hours but still have the problem. I noted that the same problem happened to other Talk Talk customers in January. Please can you help me sort this problem out?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
