Hi. How do I get hold of a new router? I have received a a new work laptop, and every time I try to connect it to my router it crashes. It resets itself, turns itself off and on again. Meaning I am unable to do my job currently. I am able to connect this laptop to other wifi though, so it is not the laptop. I see other people have had the same issue and have received a new router. I tried to explain this via chat, I spoke with "Bot", and frankly they seemed a little dim, they didn't seem ton understand what I was asking for and gave me a load of irrelevant information. Stella asked me a few questions then passed me onto Thabiso, who was reluctant to tell me how much it would cost to end my current contract, never mind how I might get hold of a new router. How do I get hold of a new router please?

Ok thanks Karl, that is a very quick response. A lot quick than the chat was.

I ended up renegotiating my contact, and as part of that I am getting a new router. So if you have sent me a different replacement router to that, then you can cancel it if you want.
