im trying to access the 2.4G on WiFi. I spent over 2 hours being sent in circles by TalkTalk chat. Essentially my router password isn't working and Ian on chat coulnt get it to work but wouldn't offer any further help

Are you sure you are using your router password to login, rather than the WiFi password?

hi, what router are you using , when my router arrived from talktalk 2.4 was switched off in the router and I had to just switch it on on the wifi page . Your should have a card on the router with the router password if it is from talktalk. hope this helps

Can you confirm you are trying to access with the router password rather than the Wi-Fi password ?
