No - there's just one Sagemcom design currently available and it has a stand. If the plastic gets brittle these have been known to break. No designer options.

It is probably best not to wall mount a router as that will restrict heat dissipation and possibly also wireless efficiency, especially if it is your intention to maybe hide it behind furniture. Open placement higher in a room is always the best option. I am sure that there are third-party kits available for this purpose though if you wish to pursue it further.
