&lt;P&gt;Your broadband line is in sync at 9.5mb, this is correct for your ADSL service. &amp;nbsp;I've reset the port and all looks ok.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How is the TV connected to the router, is it Wi-Fi or a direct cable connection ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When watching an internet program through smart TV, the TV program freezes and we have to reboot the router to work&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas to how we can resolve this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
