&lt;P&gt;In terms of the pixilation is the box hard wired or connecting wireless ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Slacking internet but package ceased but I have internet still</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So talking to online help as I’m trying to watch a film on Netflix through my Roku box and the screen keeps going pixelated. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;So she tells me checking my account package has been ceased, however your internet is still working and the issue is on my tv.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;huh…? &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;But she can see defo network is needed to be updated as this is still working she can update from her end. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;So I asked she meant by ceased and now I’m needed to be transferred to order management team to explain why my package has been ceased&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any ideas guys?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Roku box is connected to tv by cable but connected to internet wireless. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I’ve always believed my Roku, tv slacks due to my eeero box being to far from that room, as it’s connected &amp;nbsp;to the open reach box in the cupboard (I’m a new build flat so have a lot of cables etc hidden in big boxes in storage cupboard) not sure if that makes slender sorry&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I wouldn’t know to be honest. &amp;nbsp;The engineer when he came said it was to go where it is as it’s plugged into the open reach box.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I do have the connections in my wall as I used to have my sky router next to my tv &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
