The Sagemcom router is working somewhat better than the previous router, although it has introduced new issues.

Randomly the router will stop accepting the WiFi password for the 2.4GHz network (I've separated the 2.4GHz and 5GHz onto separate SSIDs) and a reboot is required to fix the issue.

However the main issue I have is with CGNAT which I didn't used to have on my previous router. Many websites are now either making me do captchas multiple times a day or some sites are blocking me completely, including Hotmail and Microsoft Designer, due to abuse from the CGNAT public IP.

I absolutely despise CGNAT for this reason. Please can you remove CGNAT from my account and provide me with a proper IPv4 public address as I had on my previous router?

Hi there,

I have a TalkTalk Wi-Fi Hub running software v1.05t.

The router is crashing multiple times a day and causing major issues for me and my family.

I've tried everything I can think of to work around the issue but it still crashes.

Please advise how I can get this resolved, I see other people have had a different make/model of router sent to them?

Thank you.

Hi Jack,

Could you switch the router off and leave it off for at least 30 minutes, then switch back on and retest

Thanks
