Hi,

I am on Fibre 65 with a wifi Hub and a Sagemcom266 wifi booster. I still can't get full coverage across the house and wanted to buy another booster. I now understand TT don't sell these anymore. Is there a new option to extend wifi coverage? Do I need to go and get a 3rd party mesh network or does TT have a recommended solution to extending wifi coverage?

Hi Fpm95862,

You can buy a 3rd party mesh system if it better fits your needs, other community members may be able to offer advice about this. Have you tried relocating the router and/or booster to provide better coverage?

Chris

Hi @Fpm95862

The 266 is definitely 100% available. There was a delay whilst a new version was being developed (Version 2), it has one multifunction LED on it. You can purchase one from the loyalty dept on 0345 1725157 or 0330 12789. I presume that your old 266 is the original V1 (three LEDs on the front), there are a few firmware releases that must take place before you will be in a position to use both V1 & V2 together. They should work fine, but I am waiting myself for these updates before I can test a V1 & a V2 together.
