&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry about the delay. The problem is that when an account is disconnected we can't order anything, including a returns bag, through the normal process. A returns bag is usually sent out automatically within a month of an account being disconnected but this has also been escalated to have a returns bag sent. Could you give it a few more days, hopefully you'll receive the returns bag later this week, if not please let us know&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I left Talk Talk and have been promised - on two separate occasions - that my returns bag was on it's way.&amp;nbsp; So far - nothing. What can I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;They need this done to correctly identify your account. So go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu. Add your&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
