    <description>&lt;P&gt;Everything seemed to be fine initially, then after the internet dropped out for an evening my router is no longer visible on my TV or daughter's PC. I feel like the shell router has been updated. I've been unable to get customer services to help me, they forward me to a 'dedicated team' and then nothing. Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You will need to speak to the Shell Migration team on the main Service Centre (0345 172 0088), as we do not have any knowledge of the Shell routers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
