Hello,

How do I get in touch with someone about my modem?

I have tried powering on and off,pressed reset button and have checked the socket it is plugged into but nothing is happening,

Can you clarify which service you have i.e. regular FTTC, GFast, or Full Fibre?

Subject to that, if you would like the support team to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.

Thanks, just been talking to help desk and they are sending engineer over to me
