internet not working. Status says engineer has rectified

internet not working. 3 hours of to and fro with helpline repeating same tests .Status says engineer has attended and rectified. In engineer has been and still no interner from4 October. PLease help

I've run a test on the line now which is clear. What lights are currently on the ONT box (on the wall) and also the router too please?
