I cannot download my purchased books as my kindle won’t connect to my wi fi. It will connect in other people’s houses though!

I'm sorry to hear this.

Are all other devices connecting ok to your WIFI connection, is this only affecting the kindle?

Hi Barkoch,

Have you tried rebooting the kindle (switching it completely off and back on again), if not then can you give this a try and let us know how you get on
