      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had no internet for 6 days. Reported this and got the stock brush off. "An engineer will have a look in 3 days ". Kept reporting this and finally on day 6 it was fixed. Then I was billed for the whole amount. I have emailed several times but no answer just the usual automated response. How can I get through to talk talk for them to sort this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
