Internet down again

I am do not have internet connection again.
Have a look at my records I was 11 days without internet access.
Been working okay for a couple of weeks now the same issue again.
Can you tell me what is happening?

Line test is passing but showing a lot of reconnections, are you experiencing any problems with your telephone service, any noise on the line?
