Think my routers on its way out. Tends to drop connection more often and won't connect to my sky via wifi at all now.

Is it possible to get a replacement

Thank you. I've run a test on your line now which is clear. Just before we send a replacement router, have you also tried factory resetting the router to see how this compares?

Yes, reset the router more than once and still having issues

it’s due to be delivered today. Next day delivery takes 2 days for my address

I can see the router was delivered late Friday morning. Have you tested this over the weekend and has the new router helped ?

yes, received the router Friday and all is working well again. I’m planning on returning the old one this afternoon/tomorrow
