    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. Almost overnight I stopped being able to connect to CISCO AnyConnect. I've spent a lot of time in in the help chat and it's still not working, which is impacting ability to work from home. I see some people have managed to have their firmware reset or something like that to fix this issue. Can this be done for me, please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
