No internet since a week now

My router has started flashing amber light since last Thursday TalkTalk took me through every steps even engineers came today nobody seems to be able to sort it out help please

Add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....SAVE CHANGES.
